Bulk Boiler Guard - Boiler Treatment
Boiler Guard is an alkaline boiler treatment formulated with sodium hydroxide (10%-15%) and diethyl ethanolamine (1%-2%) by concentration to control corrosion and prevent scale appearing brown in color. It also acts as an oxygen scavenger, improving system efficiency. Suitable for a variety of boiler sizes, and protection for extended operation cycles.

Boiler Guard Applications:
Boiler Guard is a water treatment solution formulated to remove and prevent scale and corrosion in steam boiler systems.
Dilute Boiler Guard at a rate of 8–16 fluid ounces per 500 gallons of water. Apply using a by-pass feeder or a pump installed on the high-pressure side of the boiler feed pump.
Maintain total alkalinity between 450–650 and HEDP levels between 2–6 for optimal system protection.
